Thank you for shopping with B Radiant. Every order is carefully packed by hand to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because our soaps are handcrafted in small batches, processing may take slightly longer during high-volume periods such as holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — rates calculated at checkout

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • B Radiant is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Lost or Stolen Packages B Radiant is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at [your email address] and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 7 days at bradiant.natural@gmail.com. We'll send a replacement right away.
