At B Radiant, we take great pride in crafting each bar of soap by hand using natural ingredients. Because of the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we have the following policy in place.

All Sales Are Final on Opened Products For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used soap bars. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Unopened Items Unopened, unused items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right immediately — no questions asked.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at bradiant.natural@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
